Privacy Policy

Summary: Command Center stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Camera and photo library access is used solely for the Smart Import feature and all imported data remains on your device.

1. Introduction

Command Center ("the App") is a personal project management tool designed for solo founders and independent developers. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect or transmit any data to external servers.

Command Center is a fully offline application. The App:

Does not collect personal information or send it to any server
Does not require account registration or login
Does not track your usage or behavior
Does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking pixels
Does not access your contacts or location
Does not contain advertisements
Does not include any third-party SDKs that collect data

3. Device Permissions

Command Center may request the following device permissions to support the Smart Import feature:

Camera: Used to capture photos of documents, receipts, notes, or screenshots so you can quickly import them as tasks, content items, revenue entries, or business contacts. For example, you can photograph a handwritten to-do list or a receipt and import it directly into the App. Photos captured through the camera are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted to any server.
Photo Library: Used to select existing images from your device (such as saved screenshots, photos of documents, or receipts) for import into the App via Smart Import. Selected images are processed locally and are never shared with any external service.

These permissions are optional. You can use Command Center without granting camera or photo library access — you can still type or paste text into Smart Import, or use the file upload option for non-image files.

4. Data Storage

All data you enter into Command Center — including products, tasks, content items, revenue entries, business contacts, and any imported files or images — is stored exclusively on your local device using:

iOS: AsyncStorage / WKWebView local storage (on-device storage)
Web: Browser localStorage

No data is transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. We have no access to your data.

5. Data Export & Backup

The App provides a JSON export/import feature for you to back up or transfer your data. This process is entirely under your control — the exported file is saved to your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

6. Third-Party Services

Command Center does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services. The App Portal feature contains links to external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu) but simply opens these websites in your browser — no data is shared.

7. Children's Privacy

Command Center does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, this is inherently satisfied.

8. Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data is protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secure and regularly exporting backups.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Since we don't collect your email or any contact information, we cannot notify you directly — please check this page periodically.
